A State-of-the-Art New Facility
Production takes place in a dedicated 1,600 m² controlled cleanroom environment compliant with ISO 14644 Class 8 standards. This cutting-edge facility ensures an extremely controlled environment throughout all production phases- from feedstock storage to packaging, guaranteeing that the hoses meet the highest purity standards required by the industries served.
Another strength of TUDERTECHNICA’s offerings is the ability to produce 40 meters long coils, far exceeding the current industry standard of 4-6 meters. This innovation significantly reduces waste impact for each order, thus optimizing the efficiency and sustainability of the production process.
Platinum-Cured Silicone hoses Features
TUDERTECHNICA’s platinum-cured silicone hoses are designed for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. These products are suitable to be applied in safety extreme conditions.
- Heat Resistance. Can operate at temperatures up to 200°C.
- Flexibility at Low Temperatures. Unlike rubber, silicone retains its flexibility over a wide temperature range from -60°C to +200°C.

- Odorless and Tasteless Properties. Do not alter the organoleptic characteristics of the transported products.
